We offer precision cutting, milling, drilling, tapping, counterboring, and CNC machining on all standard and custom aluminum profiles. Our CNC machining centers handle lengths up to 6.5m with positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm. Typical dimensional tolerance for cut profiles is ±0.2mm; for CNC-machined features we hold ±0.1mm or tighter per your drawing. We also provide assembly services — fastening, bolting, slot-groove connection, and full frame assembly ready for installation.
Aluminum deformation is a well-known challenge. We control it through three measures: (1) proper clamping — using soft jaws, vacuum fixtures, or distributed support points to avoid localized stress; (2) tooling — sharp carbide tools with polished flutes, appropriate helix angles for aluminum, and climb milling to reduce cutting forces; (3) process sequence — rough machining first, then stress-relief aging if required, followed by finish machining to release residual stress before final cuts. For thin-wall or long-span profiles, we also use custom support fixtures to prevent sagging.
We offer: Mill finish (cost-effective, industrial standard) · Anodizing (AA10–AA25, clear or colored, ISO 7599) for corrosion resistance and aesthetics · Powder coating (Qualicoat/GSB certified, RAL/Pantone colors) for outdoor durability · Wood grain transfer for decorative applications · Sand blasting for matte texture. Anodizing is recommended for electronics and cleanroom equipment; powder coating for outdoor structures and automation lines; mill finish for internal structural framing where appearance is secondary. We provide free sample swatches on request.
MOQ: Standard profiles — 1 piece (6m bar). Cut-to-size and CNC machined parts — 100 pieces minimum (negotiable for trial orders). Full assembly projects — 10 sets minimum.
Lead time: Standard profiles from stock: 3–5 working days. Cut-to-size: 7–10 working days. CNC machined parts: 12–18 working days depending on complexity. Full assembly with surface treatment: 20–30 working days. Sea freight to main ports: 15–35 days depending on destination. Air freight: 5–7 days. We provide a confirmed schedule with each quotation.
Quality is controlled at three stages: (1) Incoming — raw material certificate (6063-T5/6061-T6) and dimensions verified per ASTM B221; (2) In-process — first article inspection (FAI) with full dimensional report before batch production, then SPC sampling during machining; (3) Final — Full visual inspection plus AQL 2.5 dimensional sampling on finished parts. For new projects, we produce a sample (3–7 days) for your approval before mass production. We provide dimensional inspection reports, material certificates (MTR), and photos/video of finished goods and packing before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek) is welcome at your cost.
Absolutely. We welcome both on-site visits and remote factory audits. You can (1) visit our workshop and warehouse in Changzhou, Jiangsu — we assist with airport pickup and hotel booking; (2) request a live video tour (WeChat / WhatsApp / Zoom) of the production line, warehouse, and quality inspection area at any scheduled time; (3) appoint a third-party audit (SGS, BV, TUV) for an on-site capability assessment at your cost. Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and we have been serving industrial clients across multiple regions — including Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia — since 2014. A reference list of past export destinations can be shared on request through your account manager. Video references and customer testimonials are available on request.
Payment methods: T/T (telegraphic transfer) is the most common — typically 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of B/L (Bill of Lading) after shipment. For first-time customers, we accept L/C at sight (Letter of Credit) for larger orders. PayPal is accepted for sample fees only.
Incoterms 2020 supported: EXW (Ex Works, you pick up at our factory) · FOB Shanghai/Ningbo (we deliver to port, you arrange ocean freight) · CIF (we arrange ocean freight and insurance to your destination port) · DAP/DDP (we deliver to your warehouse, including duties for DDP). We help you choose the most cost-effective option based on your order volume, destination, and customs experience.
Quotation includes: unit price, surface treatment, packing, and standard export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate if needed).
Coordinated multi-supplier consolidation: When your order includes profiles together with related accessories (brackets, fasteners, casters, hinges), we coordinate sourcing from qualified suppliers and consolidate the items at a central warehouse. Each product category is properly declared with its correct HS code by a licensed customs broker. Heavy items are loaded at the bottom, light accessories on top, with separators to reduce transit damage. You receive one complete set of shipping documents (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin) rather than coordinating multiple separate bookings. Full transparency on customs documentation is available on request.
If damage or shortage is found upon arrival: (1) Document the issue with photos / video before unpacking and note it on the B/L or delivery receipt; (2) Notify us within 7 days with the B/L, photos, and a discrepancy report; (3) We will assist in coordinating with the relevant supplier and the logistics provider, typically investigate within 48 hours, and propose a remedy (such as replacement, credit note, or partial refund) based on the actual cause and supplier responsibility. Cargo insurance can be arranged on request; if you opt in and the loss exceeds the deductible, we will assist with the claim filing.
Packaging standard: profiles wrapped in protective film, bundled on wooden pallets with steel strapping; accessories in inner cartons + outer plywood cases. Custom packaging (branded cartons, barcoded labels, pallet marks) is available on request.
