Trung tâm gia công CNC của chúng tôi xử lý chiều dài lên đến 6,5m với độ chính xác định vị ±0,05mm. Dung sai kích thước thông thường cho nhôm cắt là ±0,2mm; với chi tiết gia công CNC, chúng tôi giữ ±0,1mm hoặc chặt hơn theo bản vẽ của bạn. Chúng tôi cũng cung cấp dịch vụ lắp ráp — bắt vít, lắp bu lông, kết nối rãnh và lắp ráp khung hoàn chỉnh sẵn sàng lắp đặt.

Biến dạng nhôm là một thách thức đã biết. Chúng tôi kiểm soát bằng ba biện pháp: (1) kẹp chặt đúng kỹ thuật — dùng hàm mềm, đồ gá hút chân không hoặc điểm đỡ phân bố đều để tránh ứng suất cục bộ; (2) dụng cụ cắt — dao carbide sắc với rãnh thoát phoi đánh bóng, góc xoắn phù hợp cho nhôm và phay thuận để giảm lực cắt; (3) trình tự gia công — phay thô trước, ủ giảm ứng suất nếu cần, sau đó gia công tinh để giải phóng ứng suất dư trước các đường cắt cuối. Với nhôm thành mỏng hoặc nhịp dài, chúng tôi dùng đồ gá đỡ chuyên dụng để tránh võng.

Anodizing is recommended for electronics and cleanroom equipment; powder coating for outdoor structures and automation lines; mill finish for internal structural framing where appearance is secondary. Thời gian giao hàng: Nhôm tiêu chuẩn có sẵn: 3–5 ngày làm việc. Cắt theo kích thước: 7–10 ngày làm việc. Chi tiết gia công CNC: 12–18 ngày làm việc tùy độ phức tạp. Lắp ráp hoàn chỉnh kèm xử lý bề mặt: 20–30 ngày làm việc. Vận chuyển biển đến cảng chính: 15–35 ngày tùy điểm đến. Vận chuyển hàng không: 5–7 ngày. Chúng tôi cung cấp lịch trình xác nhận kèm mỗi báo giá.

Quality is controlled at three stages: (1) Đầu vào — raw material certificate (6063-T5/6061-T6) and dimensions verified per ASTM B221; (2) Trong quá trình — first article inspection (FAI) with full dimensional report before batch production, then SPC sampling during machining; (3) Cuối cùng — 100% visual inspection plus AQL 2.5 dimensional sampling on finished parts. For new projects, we produce a sample (3–7 days) for your approval before mass production. We provide dimensional inspection reports, material certificates (MTR), and photos/video of finished goods and packing before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek) is welcome at your cost.

Phương thức thanh toán: T/T (telegraphic transfer) is the most common — typically 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of B/L (Bill of Lading) after shipment. For first-time customers, we accept L/C at sight (Letter of Credit) for larger orders. PayPal is accepted for sample fees only.

Gộp hàng dưới một vận đơn: When your order includes profiles together with related accessories (brackets, fasteners, casters, hinges), we coordinate the sourcing from multiple qualified suppliers and ship them together under a single Bill of Lading and a single export declaration — handled by a licensed customs broker on our side. Heavy items are loaded at the bottom, light accessories on top, with separators to reduce transit damage. You receive one set of shipping documents (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin) instead of multiple LCL bookings, which simplifies your customs clearance at destination. Specific product categories and quantities are declared as per actual shipment — full transparency on customs documentation is available on request.

Nếu phát hiện hư hỏng hoặc thiếu hàng khi nhận: (1) Document the issue with photos / video before unpacking and note it on the B/L or delivery receipt; (2) Notify us within 7 days with the B/L, photos, and a discrepancy report; (3) We will assist in coordinating with the relevant supplier and the logistics provider, typically investigate within 48 hours, and propose a remedy (such as replacement, credit note, or partial refund) based on the actual cause and supplier responsibility. Cargo insurance can be arranged on request; if you opt in and the loss exceeds the deductible, we will assist with the claim filing.
