نقدم القطع الدقيق والتفريز والحفر والقلاووظ والتوسيع المتدرج وتصنيع CNC على قطاعات الألمنيوم القياسية والمخصصة. تتعامل مراكز تصنيع CNC لدينا مع أطوال تصل إلى 6.5م بدقة تحديد موضع ±0.05مم. التفاوت الأبعادي النموذجي للقطاعات المقطوعة ±0.2مم؛ وللميزات المصنعة بـ CNC نحافظ على ±0.1مم أو أدق حسب رسوماتك. نقدم أيضاً خدمات التجميع — التثبيت، التربيط، توصيل الأخاديد، والتجميع الكامل للهياكل الجاهزة للتركيب.

تشوه الألمنيوم تحدٍّ معروف. نتحكم فيه عبر ثلاثة إجراءات: (1) التثبيت المناسب — استخدام فكوك ناعمة أو تثبيتات تفريغ أو نقاط دعم موزعة لتجنب الإجهاد الموضعي؛ (2) الأدوات — أدوات كربيد حادة بأخاديد مصقولة وزوايا حلزونية مناسبة للألمنيوم، وتفريز تسلقي لتقليل قوى القطع؛ (3) تسلسل العمليات — التصنيع الخشن أولاً، ثم المعالجة بالتقادم لتخفيف الإجهاد إذا لزم الأمر، يليه التصنيع النهائي لتحرير الإجهاد المتبقي قبل القطعات الأخيرة. للقطاعات رقيقة الجدران أو طويلة البحر، نستخدم أيضاً تثبيتات دعم مخصصة لمنع الترهل.

الحد الأدنى للطلب: Standard profiles — 1 piece (6m bar). Cut-to-size and CNC machined parts — 100 pieces minimum (negotiable for trial orders). Full assembly projects — 10 sets minimum.

مدة التسليم: Standard profiles from stock: 3–5 working days. Cut-to-size: 7–10 working days. CNC machined parts: 12–18 working days depending on complexity. Full assembly with surface treatment: 20–30 working days. Sea freight to main ports: 15–35 days depending on destination. Air freight: 5–7 days. We provide a confirmed schedule with each quotation.

Quality is controlled at three stages: (1) الوارد — raw material certificate (6063-T5/6061-T6) and dimensions verified per ASTM B221; (2) أثناء العملية — first article inspection (FAI) with full dimensional report before batch production, then SPC sampling during machining; (3) النهائي — 100% visual inspection plus AQL 2.5 dimensional sampling on finished parts. For new projects, we produce a sample (3–7 days) for your approval before mass production. We provide dimensional inspection reports, material certificates (MTR), and photos/video of finished goods and packing before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek) is welcome at your cost.

طرق الدفع: T/T (telegraphic transfer) is the most common — typically 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of B/L (Bill of Lading) after shipment. For first-time customers, we accept L/C at sight (Letter of Credit) for larger orders. PayPal is accepted for sample fees only.

الشحنة المدمجة بموجب بوليصة شحن واحدة: When your order includes profiles together with related accessories (brackets, fasteners, casters, hinges), we coordinate the sourcing from multiple qualified suppliers and ship them together under a single Bill of Lading and a single export declaration — handled by a licensed customs broker on our side. Heavy items are loaded at the bottom, light accessories on top, with separators to reduce transit damage. You receive one set of shipping documents (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin) instead of multiple LCL bookings, which simplifies your customs clearance at destination. Specific product categories and quantities are declared as per actual shipment — full transparency on customs documentation is available on request.

إذا وُجد تلف أو نقص عند الوصول: (1) Document the issue with photos / video before unpacking and note it on the B/L or delivery receipt; (2) Notify us within 7 days with the B/L, photos, and a discrepancy report; (3) We will assist in coordinating with the relevant supplier and the logistics provider, typically investigate within 48 hours, and propose a remedy (such as replacement, credit note, or partial refund) based on the actual cause and supplier responsibility. Cargo insurance can be arranged on request; if you opt in and the loss exceeds the deductible, we will assist with the claim filing.
